What is worth writing about

A figure that does not match the store page it is dated against; a store page that has moved or disappeared; a question about how a reading was taken; a statement on a page that goes further than the store page does.

What happens to a correction

The desk compares the saved reading with the live page. If the saved figure was wrong, the page is corrected and the correction is dated. If the store page has changed since the reading, the page keeps its old figure, because the date is part of the figure, and the desk reads the page again when it can.

What the desk cannot answer

It cannot give investment advice, cannot help with an account or a login and cannot say whether an app is suitable for you. It has not opened an account with the broker and cannot see anyone's trades.
